| 0:56.0 | Some of us have a comfort zone of being more gregarious |

| 1:01.1 | while others comfort zone might be more to keep to themselves or to get what they have to get done and have that be the focus. |
| 1:10.0 | I'm not saying either one of those are good or bad. That's just an example of how a |
| 1:14.0 | comfort zone might play out in your life. Like I said, we all have comfort zones, |
| 1:18.5 | but we often use our comfort zones as an excuse to not push ourselves where it matters to us. |
| 1:26.6 | So let's think about a habit that you have been wanting to work on this month. |
| 1:31.2 | I asked you at the beginning of the month and to use our progress plan in the first |
| 1:35.4 | episode of this month to select one or two habits that you want to work on cultivating. |
| 1:42.0 | Now I hope that you pushed yourself to only choose one or two and if |
| 1:44.9 | you haven't you still can. It is never too late. But with that I pushed one or two on you because |
| 1:51.6 | if you have a list of 20 you're never going to get there. |
| 1:55.6 | So even with those one or two, you are going to find resistance because you are pushing your mind and your body through a comfort zone and it's not |
