Are you ready for a growth spurt? Well, I've caught one for you today. One to two times a month, I'll give you a short message that I am calling a growth spurt that will help you narrow in on our focus of the month in ways that are bite size and super applicable right away.

So let's jump on in.

0:27.2

Hello hello. I am so glad you are tuning into this growth spirit episode.

We will be talking about your comfort zone today and my goal is by the end of it

1:42.0

Now I hope that you pushed yourself to only choose one or two and if

1:44.9

you haven't you still can. It is never too late. But with that I pushed one or two on you because

1:51.6

if you have a list of 20 you're never going to get there.

1:55.6

So even with those one or two, you are going to find resistance because you are pushing your mind and your body through a comfort zone and it's not
