So this is so helpful. I've already learned a lot and like you said, this is very counterintuitive.

And it is already going against some things that I thought I should be doing.

patterns. So for me a typical night is going to bed between 1130 and 1230 and that's like a good night and then waking up around six.

Okay. And I would like to go to bed, like I would like to be asleep by 10 and waking up at 5.30,

because that's what my family means.

And I wake up at 6 usually because of my baby or you know my alarm so it's usually between

six and six thirty that I'm not so how do I actually start this how do I actually start this? How do I start repairing this sleep and you know that's just a good normal night other nights I have all these other things you've described about getting up in the middle and not going back to sleep, laying down in bed forever.
