I cried. I was really frustrated and screamed and threw a pin at the wall. It happens. But I also laughed in that

hour too. So there's good and bad moments in this crazy time that we're in. But whichever one of those

you're landing on, whether it's the crying or the screaming or the laughing, be in those moments. Don't push them down.
