| 1:26.8 | One, if you are an endurance athlete, you're trying to train for performance. |
| 1:32.0 | You're competing in a 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, etc. |
| 1:35.9 | It's going to be a little bit different. |
| 1:38.2 | And for that, you should probably check out the RP endurance group on Facebook. |
