I was very, very surprised by this.

Yeah, I don't, I mean, I just don't associate that word with black and white movies.

Unless you're talking about a dude ranch.

Well, yeah, but that's, you know, that's where that came from, you know.

So we're just talking about cowboys when we call people.

In the 80s, dude is something that really kind of, you know, evolved being kind of like ironically

and acronistic.

And now we think dude is, you know, just a very normal word that kind of evolved.

So how long until we're using 23 Skidoo as an ironic anachronism?

And then like that makes a comeback.
