Welcome to Rumble to Rumble Strip Vermont. This is Erica Heilman. I was in a coffee shop the other day.

And there was a song on the radio I used to listen to all the time when I was in my late 20s. It was at a time when I used to stay up all night, long talking and drinking with friends and we had endless time.

So when I heard this song, I remembered this time,

and it hadn't occurred to me until right then,

20 years later, standing in this coffee shop,

that that time was over and 20 years had

passed it all happened so gradually today on Strip, Vermont, women of all ages from 5 to 85

talking about how they imagine their lives will be

and how their lives are and how their lives have been.

My life is going to be awesome.

I think I'm letting a lot of stuff go.

What's real?

When you're five, when you're five, it's so fun. That's my secret. It didn't it didn't bother me turning

80 in fact I was surprised when the doctor said,

so how do you feel about turning 80?

And so, you know, this was something

that he was noticing more than I was and you know I felt that it was saying how does it feel to be that much closer to death

And you know, I don't think about that, you know, I don't, or I think about it but doesn't bother me.

I, that's just part of living and I didn't feel that 80 was anything particularly traumatic as far as I was concerned.
