Hello and welcome to another bonus episode of the fucka diet podcast my name is caroline

duneer i'm the author of the fuck a diet book and i'm here doing bonus episodes during this quarantine

and what i'm going to do today is the same as what I did two weeks ago for the last bonus episode.

I'm just going to be answering some Q&As that were asked on my Instagram.

And they were asked last week.

And I didn't get to all of them.

And I thought that I would get to them at the end of last episode.

But I didn't. And so we're going to do them today. and I'm going to do what I did last time and I nothing is

prepared and so everything's going to be just off the top of my head which means that some of the

answers may not be very good and I'm sorry for that. What else do I want to say before we get into the questions, though?
