This evening we are continuing with Anne's House of Dreams.

But first, I'd like you to lie down and get into a comfortable position,

allowing your body to settle. Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath slowly breathing in holding for a moment and then exhaling

just as slowly releasing all the tension focus on your feet, feeling them relax and soften.

And gradually allow this feeling to move up your legs, relaxing your thighs, hips and stomach.

Let your chest rise and fall gently with each breath and feel your shoulders relax.

Now take a moment to relax your face, your jaw, your eyes and forehead, releasing any remaining tension.

Now picture yourself in a peaceful environment, maybe in Anne's Rose Garden by the harbour shore,

and with each breath you feel more relaxed and ready to drift off into a restful sleep.

As four points was on the harbour, there was always a feeling of pending adventure in the air
