Tonight we are continuing with Anne's House of Dreams.

But before that, let's take a moment to let go of the day.

Get comfy where you are.

Feel rooted and safe. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose for four counts and out through your mouth for four.

Continue breathing at this slow pace and as you inhale, imagine that you are breathing in calmness and strength.

As you exhale, imagine you are breathing out, stress and worry.

So feel your anxiety slip away with each exhale.

And if your mind drifts to thoughts of anxiety, acknowledge them, then bring your attention back to your breath.

Captain Jim would often call back to your breath.

Captain Jim would often call in on Anne and Gilbert, and they had finally found the time to go over and see him at the lighthouse.

As they approached, a man was walking by in the opposite direction with a long, flowing beard and hair.

This turned out to be Marshall Elliott, who had refused to cut his hair or shave until the

liberals were back in power.

They found the captain outside on a bench,

completing a toy schooner for his young nephew, Joe,

and they watched the moonrise together before going up to the light.

The captain showed them how everything worked, and then they sat down for tea by a driftwood fire.
