Good evening and welcome to the sleepy bookshelf where we put down our worries from the day

and pick up a good book. I'm Elizabeth, your host. Thank you so much for coming this evening.

Tonight we are continuing with Anne's House of Dreams.

But before we open our book, let's take some time to relax and unwind.

Starting with your toes,

work your way up your body,

squeezing and relaxing your muscles as you go

to release any excess tension.

Up your legs, to your glutes. Your hands, your arms, then your back and shoulders.

Your neck and then your facial muscles.

Release your jaw and allow your tongue to fall from the roof of your mouth.

Now take some deep breaths.

Inhale and collect together all your worries and concerns from the day.

And now exhale, letting them all go.

Continue to repeat this as many times as you need

and try to focus on the sound of my voice.

Anne and Gilbert were met at the house by his aunt and uncle, Dr Dave and Mrs.
