Tonight we are continuing with Anne of the island, but first just take some time to relax.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

When you breathe deeply, you physically calm your nervous system, which is why you feel more peaceful.

So focus on these calming breaths, trying to make the exhale slightly longer than the

inhale. Notice how the air enters and leaves your body. Maybe how your chest and stomach rise and fall with each breath,

the temperature of the air, the smells.

And if your mind wonders, gently guide it back to these sensations.

Try not to get frustrated.

Just inhale deeply inviting in the positive and exhale out releasing the negative.

And exhale out, releasing the negative.

Back at Redmond, and decided to take a walk in the park when she got caught in the rain.

Her umbrella blew inside out as she reached the main street and a young man came to her rescue.

She immediately realized he was everything she had ever dreamed of in her ideal romance.
