All right, Anne and Chris, thank you for being here.

As we were just saying, I mean, this has been a wild journey for me and you guys, we've

had a couple of talks and so I've shared some of, not just my own, but my family's journey

with the transgender community and their employee.

That was really sort of my intro and frankly, the first close person in my life, this transgender.

And so it's been good to get to know you all and really kind of lead, lead me down this

path of just understanding and hearing all sides, right?

And as you all can imagine, there's a lot of, there are, there are a very polarizing

sides.

And it's, I think the thing that has struck me is it is, I've never, and I've been in

the midst of some conflicts and some drama in my life, breaking news.

This one is red hot, white hot.

And that's, it's almost become another story from it, how, and this is the conversation

I would love to have with y'all like, you know, everybody, you know, it's, it's, it's, I

deal to think about some middle ground as I've walked this journey.

It's hard to have met for me to imagine that there is a middle ground.

And so just today, if we could just, you know, talk through some of the issues, I mean,

obviously we have, we know the issues, right?

You have, you have the science side, you have inclusion, you have sports, you have the

societal side, you have, you have the youth sports, you have the elite level, your politics.

And then all the other slippery slopes that I've tried, I've intentionally tried to avoid

whether that's, you know, things like puberty blockers or, or bathrooms or, you know,
