eight years now look at that and you know i know i i know I've said this before. I can't say it enough,

but when I first moved to LA, you know, I had that show in New Orleans on WSMB talking fitness.

And, you know, when I moved to L.A., I came here with all my tapes and everything,

and one of the things I wanted to do besides

child fitness or children's fitness, I was calling a child fitness at the time. I wanted to- Childish

fitness. Yeah, childish. I wanted to get into children's fitness and do that whole thing. But I also

went around to all of the radio stations in LA and brought my tapes. You know, back then

they're all still in cassettes and dats. Remember the Dats? Oh, yeah. So no one uses DAD anymore, right?

No, but they did, they did for a while up until everything became digital because DAT was the

highest resolution for analog that you could get so it actually was

they used it for a surprisingly long amount of time until everything turned digital well back then

it was back in the old days it was only dad in my day back in my day we only had them that
