But one of our fans, Lonnie, got to me last week, towards the end of the week, after we had handled these podcasts through Monday.

And he asked me if I'd do a shout out to the good folks of Oklahoma, who's going to do a lot

of crap. And they're going to continue to go through a lot of crap. It's a lot of cleanup.

And he says, he's, I think he's, he might be in the neighborhood there. And they listen to the

podcast. And if we can make people laugh, you know, as you know, some people, they go to iTunes and go,

oh, this podcast sucks because they don't talk about fitness enough.
