So, welcome to our Rosary meditation.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

All of my friends out there we've got to double and triple our efforts of praying for little Olivia Caneli.

I just feel so strongly that she's getting close to a breakthrough, but she's had some setbacks over this last week.

So let's really pray with a greater love and a greater intensity asking

blessed Pauline Jericho to obtain the healing of Olivia Canili.

And we also offer this rosary for the repose of the soul of Dave Staples father.

Dave is a great teacher and missionary for the School of Faith.

And I will pause for a moment can call to mind your own petitions.

Today our meditation is on the deadly sin of anger. So we've had pride, envy, sloth, and now anger.

But we don't want to be confused.

Anger is one of the God-given passions or emotions.

It's a source of energy and power to achieve something difficult or arduous,

but also to give us the energy or power to change what is bad or evil.

And this might surprise you, we need anger, the energy of anger, to endure something

unchangeable without becoming evil oneself

or without despairing or giving up and losing hopes,

saying in the circumstance of a chronic illness that we have to endure.

The power of anger is the power of resistance in the soul, a good resistance, a resistance against evil.

So this is a, it's supposed to be if it's harnessed.
