Andre has been in the Strength and Conditioning, Rehab, et cetera, field for the last 20 plus years. He's worked with young kids, high school athletes, collegiate athletes, professional athletes in every sport from professional golf to he was the physical therapist for the New Orleans Saints.

So I told you a little bit ago that when I came, so a little background, I came in here before a lumbar fusion two, two and a half years ago, and Andre, within five minutes, knew that my hip rotators were

weak and that that was causing a lot of issue. And I went on to figure out that that is probably why I put a lot of extra stress on my low back and whatnot.
