I'm Mary Meckley and I welcome you to day five of this week's series. This is a series by request from many of you letting me know that

For some of you, this had to do with the loss of a significant person in your life, a loved one. a

loved one. For many of you, this had to do with the loss of a pet. And many of you let me know that you're struggling with the loss of identity from losing your job or from moving.

And this can create an identity shift. So in today's episode you're

going to receive insight as you always do and then you're going to be

guided in a meditation to help you feel more grounded. When you are experiencing loss, you can feel as though your life is unraveling.

The way you knew your life before is different without someone significant in it any longer or without the kind of job that you may have identified with or the kind of neighborhood or home where you were living and you knew everyone you knew where to go for the best tacos you knew where

to get all your medication prescriptions filled you knew the best doctors, you had friends, you had community and then

suddenly you find yourself in a new location and you're grieving the loss

of your former life. and you have reached out to

you have reached out to me most about. So I want to share with you a concept that many of you are

already familiar with, but if you're not I just want you to know that in many parts of the world the chakra's

system is alive and well meaning that people relate to their chakras when they're

considering how they're feeling emotionally and also physically. It's the

mind-body connection. and also physically it's the mind body connection and so I invite you now to think

about where you're holding your loss in your body right now and that may very well correlate with a particular chakra.
