We have talked about this particular show before, but I've now

finished with the first part of the series finale. And I have questions and comments. So I want to

invite back to the show to Karen Hunter's awesome. One of my producers, Tremel McKenzie. Welcome back.

Thank you. All right. So I did a little deeper dive

since the last conversation we had, and we had a specific conversation then, and I want to have a

specific conversation now about the Sandman, but I thought I needed to give a little background.

So the Sandman is based off of a DC Comics comic book series written by a guy named Neil Gaiman, G-A-I-M-A-N.

All right. And it follows the main character, The Sandman, who is Dream. Dream is also known as Morpheus.

He's also one of the seven endless. And the endless, if you think about the seven deadly sins or the, like in mythology, whether

it's Greek or Roman, and there's a lot of blending of Roman and Greek and Bible, which

I want to get to with you in a second.

But the seven endless are dream, destiny, death, desire, despair, and delirium, and destruction.

And they're all these, of course.

I also want to talk about the characters that, so dream, when we meet him in the first season,

Morpheus, he has been trapped for, what was it,

a thousand years, for a long period of time.

Someone kidnapped him, which was almost impossible.

They were able to trap him in the dream world was in chaos as a result.

So I often say, I don't really dream a lot. Do you, are you a dreamer?
