0:09.6	As we begin, find a quiet place and take a deep breath as we enter into God's presence.
0:27.8	Isaiah. Isaiah chapter 30, verses 15 through 18.
0:32.0	This is what the sovereign Lord, the Holy One of Israel says.
0:34.9	In repentance, unrest, is your salvation.
0:38.3	In quietness and trust is your strength. But you would have none of it.
0:39.3	You said, no, we will flee on horses.
0:43.3	Therefore, you will flee.
0:45.3	You said, we will ride off on swift horses.
0:48.3	Therefore, your pursuers will be swift.
0:51.3	Yet the Lord longs to be gracious to you. Therefore, he will rise up to show you
0:56.8	compassion. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him.
1:09.8	Let's begin by reciting God's goodness. Oh God, you are a God of justice. And yet at the same time,
1:18.2	you long to be gracious. You are a God of mercy and compassion. And you welcome us to you
1:26.0	based not on what we have to offer or how great we are or
1:30.9	how faithful we are or how talented we are because the truth is we're none of those things.
1:36.8	We come to you because of who you are. You are faithful. You are gracious. You are loving. You are compassionate and you are kind.
1:47.8	You are the sovereign Lord. You are the holy one. You are the one who invites us to come to you,
1:54.9	to repent, to turn around from our old way of doing things and to rest.
2:02.1	You are the one who offers us your salvation.
2:04.7	You invite us to trust in your strength.
2:08.0	You want to show your strength on our behalf.
