As you may have heard, Amy and Lisa are releasing a mini-series “Outweigh: The Gray Area of Disordered Eating”, so to help get things started Amy decided to release this interview before the series to give you an idea of what is to come. In this episode the three ladies discuss what causes an addiction like disordered eating and how we can begin to work through these struggles.
