Hi friends, welcome back to the show and welcome back to our wonderful week of spring

cleaning our house. Today, so normally on a Wednesday we have a bit of a practice,

sometimes it's gratitude, sometimes it's meditation. So today, since we are, of course, still actively spring

cleaning in your house. Today, I wanted to make an energetic cleanse as well. So something that

actually is going to be very felt just inside of your

body, not just around you in your space. Today, I want you to offer yourself the gift of a purge.

I want you to really clear things out of your home, not just sorting and organizing and tidying things up and putting things in

their right place, but I want you to actually let things go.

There are so many different ways to go about literal decluttering, literal releasing and letting things go from your life.

You can do the Marie condo thing where you pick different areas. You do one room or one area of your life at a time and you take all of your belongings in that one category, dump it in a pile on the floor, and then you're really

strict with what you want to keep and what you don't want to keep. What sparks joy, right?

That's her whole thing. What actually feels like it's a lie. What feels like this is something

that is of value to me. It's not something that weighs me down that doesn't know where it belongs, right?

You can do that energetic little check. I actually have another way of going about things.

ever really doing that. I like to go room by room. And when I do a big clean, so say I'm

sitting in my bedroom right now so I can use my bedroom as an example, everything needs to

come off the shelves, right? Everything that is accumulating on surface areas, on tables,

bedside tables, the shelves, the closet shelves that I have in here as well needs to come down,

right? So I can clean them thoroughly. So when I do that, I have a little basket that I walk
