Peter sits down with former KGB Major General Oleg Kalugin to discuss this remarkable case and the historic spy swap which took place last Friday. And at that time, there was a complaint filed

which provided many details about the work of the network, the names of the people in the network,

and the complaint alleged that the members of the network were in fact Russian citizens and not Americans though they were posing as Americans.
