Hello all, today is the shortest episode of all time because it's not a proper episode.

It's just a message from me to you to say that we are from now on going to be moving

this podcast to Tuesday. So this is the last time you will hear from me fresh on a Friday

because I would like to be there with you early on in the week and a lot of you don't like waiting

until Fridays because then you've got the weekend and all your other plans. And so we've listened,

we're moving our day to Tuesday and we have so many great chats coming up. I've booked some fabulous

guests and this podcast continues to move into these unexpected new areas and places that I love

and that I find so challenging and they're becoming more philosophical and existential and I hope

uplifting in many ways. It's still real talk, don't worry, we're still not pulling any punches

but we are adding in a bit more love and a bit more hope and I've said this before but I really

appreciate how cool and open you've been to my growth, my change and the change and direction

of the messaging of some of this podcast and of my work in general feels like we're all changing

together and we're growing and we're developing new context and some of us are lucky enough to be

dealing with our trauma and that's making us look at things differently and want to move differently

and so it's incredibly fun and reassuring and really remedies the loneliness I felt in my life

sometimes to have so many people that I get to have this journey with who don't always agree with

me which I also love or who teach me things or who tell me about people that you're following

you find really interesting. Thank you for your recommendations, I can't tell you how many of the

guests that we have booked on this podcast are because you have sent me their work. I do really

read pretty much all of my DMs that I can and especially when a podcast episode comes out because I

want to know what you think and if you like it and if I'm bringing the right kind of challenge

to everyone and I also would love your recommendations so keep sending them. I think you have an idea
