0:40.0	and now author and podcaster and human extraordinaire who i've admired for a really long time on line.
0:47.6	She is one of the most outspoken voices in Britain and i think one of the most important voices
0:51.9	of our generation, someone who i have been intimidated by the brain of for ages so to me
0:58.4	years to ask her to come on the podcast because i was nervous that she'd say no or that she might
1:04.4	be someone who doesn't like me or she might think i'm a stupid twat but it turns out she was
1:08.8	incredibly warm and kind and gracious and came onto the podcast and really shared her soul and
1:15.2	delivered such a beautiful conversation about so many massive important things in life and
1:20.4	deeply personal, relatable, intricate things and she talks about her book The Edge of Here,
1:26.8	which was published on September 14th out now and is such a fascinating collection of short stories
1:34.8	around love from all these different unexpected angles that takes us back through history and
1:39.6	forward into kind of science fiction. There's no way for me to be able to fully describe it as well
1:44.6	as she's going to in this episode and also you should just read it because i think it's going to be a
1:49.2	very important piece of work. I hope it gets turned into TV shows and films. I think that this is the
1:55.0	beginning of a very cool new chapter for Kalechi and so if this is your first time getting to know her
