Welcome to November. It is November 1st, big anniversary, at least it is for me, and I will explain more about that in just a few minutes because we are now into November.

This was actually going to be just a one-time thing.

It was a suggestion, request actually, from a 10-year-old listener named Mila,

who said, how about putting together a scavenger hunt list

that we can use while we're out walking?

And my original thought was, okay, I can do that,

that would be fun, 10 items.

And I went to the walking friends community

and said, what would you put on this list?

appropriate for that particular month, and she had some specific ideas for October, November, and

that's, that's actually a really good idea. So that first list was October specific. A bunch of
