I'm out early, as I tend to be, and I woke up a little bit harder today than usual.

I roll out of bed most mornings, and I'm raring to go.

And she has been documenting her health journey for other members of the group. And her health journey has been pretty epic.

She's been at it now for more than a year and a half. She has lost well over 100 pounds.

And she has a goal this year to lose some more. But one of the big turnarounds for Melissa isn't simply the weight loss, but it's also an improved

health outlook. She has eliminated diagnoses of high blood pressure, diabetes, sleep apnea, and high cholesterol.

Today Facebook group, they're filled with this this excitement, this enthusiasm, this

sense of accomplishment, as she has walked her way, it's primarily walking,

that's her fitness activity of choice. She's made nutritional changes, of course. The experts

tell us that losing weight simply by exercise, only by exercise, is really, really, really hard.

When you combine physical activity exercise with nutritional changes, then it is easier. Not that it's easy, but that it's
