I think literally can change people's lives and so just hopefully that I do it justice and get this thing down so before we get

into any of those topics at all perhaps just give people a really really quick intro

to who you are what type of work you're doing, and that sort of thing.

My name is Amy Kubal, like Danny said, and I am a registered dietitian and have been spent the last

three to four years of my career in the paleosphere, being a paleo dietician

for Rob Wolf.

And just, I do a lot of writing online.
