Before we get down into our main topics, perhaps you'll just give people a bit of an introduction

about yourself, the work you're doing at the moment and kind of maybe a few of your key

interests.

Sure.

Yeah, I have a bachelor's and master's degree in nutrition.

I'm also registered dietitian.

I used to work at Cressey Performance.

That's where I really got my start in this field.

I worked under Eric for about three years before going back to school for a little bit.

And then I've been at PN for almost two years now where I worked as like a lean eating coach for a while.

And these days, these days I do a lot of different stuff for PN.

Like I write a lot of content.
