would you get started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do? Yeah, so I work as a life

leadership, specifically in the area of difficult conversations, which I know you are quite

familiar with. I tend to discuss that more in an interpersonal framework and how that is related

to certain unwanted behaviors, like obsession around what other people

think, constant ruminations, self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing. Those are usually

kind of the places it hurts. But when we excavate behind that, almost always, the root cause or the root issue is around a sense of self-worth and believing that your voice actually matters or that your desires deserve to come to fruition.

So a lot of the stuff around, how do I ask for a divorce with grace and kindness or how do I ask an adult

child to move out of the house with compassion? How do, in my instance, how do I tell my family that I
