Okay, so the reason why I wanted to have you back on was a brief

ways, we're under assault from a lot of different forces that have been trying to erode American democracy and for a variety of

different reasons for a long time. And I don't think that it's even limited to America, although

this is sort of the front lines, if you will, because we're considered to be, you know,

one of the leading democracies in the world and kind of pioneered the form in many ways.

A lot of things are starting to break down, and it's pretty obvious. A lot of things are starting to break down,

about is what is needed next with democracy, not only in the United States, but globally,

to defend and not just defend, but to really advance the cause of democracy in the world.

Because as we've seen, there's a lot of autocrats and technocrats and oligarchs and, you know, plutocrats and the rest that are trying to capture the world's governments.
