Ambition and execution. Ambition, like the drive, the recognition that I could do so much more and then execution, actually doing the work.

My question for you is, where do you get trapped most often?

I talk to some people, they're like, I'm just, I'm afraid to believe. I'm afraid to think, Brigger.

I just don't have the exposure to it. But see, today in the stay-in-age, when you can just go on YouTube and search everything,

you can see what's possible. Yes, for you, it doesn't matter what situation you're in right now, a little bit of ambition, a little more drive, a little more enthusiasm about what it is that you want, a little more clarity about direction and purpose and passion and, you know, the income you want to make, the relationships you want, whatever that is, that ambition, we've got to constantly stoke that fire, or do you struggle with execution? Like, you get all excited, but you just don't follow through. It's the two being married together. That's where we win. And I'm convinced,

that most people, maybe you, where we really get stuck, is like that moment between stimulus and response, right? Like, the stimulus says, yeah, I'd love to have that. I'd love to go take that listing, I'd love to go make that sale, I'd love to have that vacation, but it's just in that little microsecond moment, where you say, what if, what if I make the phone call and it doesn't work out? What if I, what if I go for that goal and I tell my friends about it, or I tell my spouse that I want to make this happen and that I don't follow through it in that moment, you kill the ambition.

I think a lot about David Goggins, who I've interviewed David, I had David speak at one of my events that are summit, and we would talk about that what if, and how, what if could be like this, what if I don't, but what if could also be, what if I do?

When I first walked into the Navy Student Recruiters Office, he looked at me and said, there's only been 35 African-Americans in 70 years making it through. You know what I said to myself? What if I can be the 36th?

It's to what if I can pull off a fucking miracle? What if I can become someone that no one thinks I can be, and just that, just me talking about that, I have the hair going up on my arms, because it makes me just like, what if?

And the question is, in that moment between stimulus and response, like the thought and the execution, the action, what if your what if was what if I could?

What if I made the phone call, and then what would happen? And what if I made it right now, and I made the call, and even if I didn't get a response, what if I made another call? What if I did it again? And again, and again, and again, you know what?

The bottom line is this, ambition and execution, we've got to talk ourselves into it every single day, and if you're failing to talk yourself into more ambition and more execution, guess what happens?

In this environment, you get washed out really quick. If you're in a sales profession, you're an entrepreneur, you're a CEO, you're a videographer, there's a million other people that want your job, and a million other people that want your income, ambition and execution.

What if you just went for it between now and the end of the year? How about that for what if?
