You wrote a brilliant article.

All of your articles, of course, are brilliant.

I mean, I can't single one out, but this one in particular caught my attention.

You wrote this in May, and I think it really kind of peeled back the layers of answering the question for a lot of folks,

what the heck is going on in the housing market as far as a lack of inventory.

And a lot of people are kind of confused.

They don't realize all the, you know, essentially all the dynamics that are really
