defamed Johnny Depp by publishing that now infamous op-ed in the Washington Post in which

she describes herself as a public figure representing domestic abuse.

The jury held up that the state most false was made with actual malice and Johnny Depp

ends up winning.

She loses $10 million.

Now Amber Hurts lawyers have since filed a appeal.

They say we believe the court made errors that prevented a just and fair verdict consistent

with the First Amendment.

We are therefore appealing the verdict while we realize today's filing will ignite the

Twitter bonfires.

There are steps we need to take to ensure both fairness and justice.
