named Brian Murie and he said, Ask Warden Yoder, can you keep shooting birds as the warden is walking up on your group and

Why y'all always check on us when the birds are finally flying? I'm kidding. I know it. Warden Yoder. So could you explain the rule,

the law on hog hunting because my understanding was you did not need a license if you had the

permission of the landowner. Now I know in public lands maybe that may be different but could you explain that?

That's exactly correct. So as long as if it's on private land and you have the

land owner authorization there's no hunting lot is required the requirements. the unless they've had a little bit of education. The Hunter Ed is the cutoff there, September 2nd of 71.

If you're born before that, you do not have to have it.

Everyone that's born after that with a few exemptions. They do, it is a class that's

required and it's all online if you're over 17 years old. But as far as the licensing

that's required, there's no hunting

options on private land with landowner authorization.
