| 0:00.0 | Hey everyone. Welcome to He'll Survive and Thrive. I don't know where you are in the world, but here in the U.S., it is probably the coldest winter. I'm talking Arctic temperatures. It was minus one degree this morning. I mean, and it is so incredibly windy out today. So if you hear the wind, I apologize, but it's just Mother Nature doing her thing. I'm not here for it, but like I always say, |
| 0:21.5 | we're stuck in traffic and we're not going anywhere, so we kind of have to deal with it. |
| 0:24.6 | Anyways, get a cup of tea, get your electric blanket. If you're in a warmer climate, good for you. |
| 0:31.0 | Good for you. Cheers for you. But we're all bitter and angry and cold and pale and have runny noses here. |

| 1:26.5 | much unheeled stuff, unheeled trauma, and they're |
| 1:30.4 | wondering why they have extreme fatigue. They have migraines. They have joint pains. They have arthritis. |
| 1:38.7 | They have digestive issues. I mean, I'm talking like bad immune systems, someone who's just like hypervigilant, always on the |
| 1:46.2 | lookout, always waiting for the other shoe to drop. The worst part is that so many people are just |
| 1:51.0 | living on autopilot and they're so detached from the fact that this is how they live their |
| 1:56.0 | life and they think this is actually the norm, whether you're dealing with depression, whether you're |
| 2:00.6 | dealing with massive anxiety whether you're dealing with |
