It did absolutely nothing active at all because it's one of those days where I just enjoy being able to do absolutely nothing, almost comatose, so much so that the TV multiple times had to give me warnings and say, are you still here?

And you're like, I'm here, let's go. Stop judging me and asking me if I'm still here, I'm still here. They do that during football Sundays, too. It's really annoying, and whoever's responsible for that at Spectrum, please stop with the whole, he haven't seemed like he haven't moved in a while.

It's funny you feel like you have to justify it too. Like, I got up to get guacamole a couple times and pee, all right? I'm not just sitting here. Yeah, you don't know what I've been out to. Ali, on the other hand, decided to wake up and on a whim decided to go run in a 10K. Right? You didn't really plan that.

That wasn't planned out.

No, it was the,

it was so,

it was last minute because my wife had talked to somebody who was doing this race that was in

my area. And it was, uh, apparently a top 10 rated amazing, uh, race to run. There's a half

marathon. There's a 10K, a 5k, and a one mile. And then you could also

double stack. So you could do the 10K and the 5K together. Or you could do the one, the

five, and the 10th together. And I decided to do the 10K. I know what you're doing is like

something that is for you. But like when I hear that people spent the weekend doing stuff like

that, it makes me angry. Oh, okay. And you understand that. Yeah. Like, almost like I know you're not rubbing it in, but no one's going to say. I probably would be angry at someone like me too. If I said to someone, oh, I sat on the couch all day and ate pizza and then was still hungry in order to sub and ate that too and then i said i'll order

the big sub and i'll save some for later but then i ate the part that i was going to save for later no one's telling this to the tv as well yeah i'm telling the tv this and then no one's going to say man you're really rubbing it in my face but when you go uh oh really interesting i woke up and ran a 10k but I think you would finish.

I try not to be the face rubber.

I know you're not.

I just do it.
