I have been having a summer of bummer. I promise. I'm not going to go into it too much.

In fact, the entire point of this is me saying, I don't like the fact that I haven't shown up lately.

I do want to promise patrons that there is, in fact, a pretty decent-sized drop coming up that they should be pretty happy with.

I am, I really, really, really want to get back to just once a week. No, it's not too much for me. No, it's not

too hard. But in the meantime, because it is actually at the moment, quite the uphill slog,

and it is because calendar year 2024 has been extra rough to me. And I think this is just the way

it's taking it out. I wanted you to hear me and I wanted

you to know that I'm in an okay place because a lot of you worry even though you don't want to say.

And I do like quiet time and so many of you respect that and I just want to say thank you very

much for it.

Truly, don't think that there's anything wrong about saying hi or contacting me.

I only DM back when I've got the energy, promise.

But I just want to say I feel very respected collectively.

I feel very heard. I feel very understood. I feel

very lucky to be perfectly honest. I'm not drained. I'm not fried. I'm not burnt out. I'm not

crispy. I'm not sadly been doing pretty good

everything that's been going on and everything that's happened emotionally I think that I'm sadly doing a lot better than I've done in the past, especially with, you know, trying to spin some plates and keep my head above water.

And the worst of it is for sure over.

The grieving and whatnot that I've had to do and the thinking and the processing I've had to do,

that's done. That's past tense. And I thought that I would talk a little bit about future tense,

Jack in future tense, because I don't do a lot of it. But I am in therapy. I have been for a while.
