At this point, I think probably the rhyme should be.

As long as I keep coming back, I don't blame anybody for feeling that way.

I said I wasn't going to take time off for my birthday.

Apparently lied. Didn't mean to,

but I did. And it has been very, very good for me. And it's also helped me realize why I was having

trouble getting started again both earlier this year and this time around.

So first off, I just want to say that I had the best birthday of my life, I think.

I've had lots of very pleasant on-the-day birthdays.

I've had some very wonderful experiences there.

But it's a time of dread. It's a time of reflection for. But it's a time of dread.

It's a time of reflection for me.

It's a time of wanting to be very quiet, isolated.

I mean, I always want to be these things, but then the pressure, the feeling that I have to perform.

Oof, it's just not for me.

But this year it kind of was.

This year, things just sort of aligned in a way that made me feel relief, happiness. You think after all the meditating I've done on this one,
