So last week, I kind of hinted at a couple of different things that I wanted to talk about.

And I'm just kind of throwing these out there one by one. There's not a particular order. I know that's so shocking, but like, it is, it is

kind of a strange thing. So I guess I just kind of wanted to cap off the recovery journey. Like there will, it's a trilogy

and you'll hear the third part eventually, like, you know, when I can tell it to you because I

haven't lived it yet. But like, I gave you the ghost of Christmas recovery past because we

don't need to talk about the long dark period I was in. Do we?

Once again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping me get through it. But like,

there's enough anxiety and crap going on, right? And I've contributed enough to that. So, like,

let's, I'm just trying to steer towards a little bit of happiness, towards a little bit of

optimism where I can. And here's a little bit of optimism, where I can.

And here's a real story of it.

So last time in recovery, Christmas goes past.

And then here's one that's much more present.

This also happened in the past tense.
