Nashville, well actually I was in Dallas. listen to

anyway so I was in Nashville well actually I was in Dallas and then I flew to Fort Lauderdale and

then from Fort Lauderdale I spoke and then I after a couple hours after speaking I

flew to Nashville and then I spoke in Nashville and then I flew back to Dallas and it was all between Friday night and Sunday night.

It was a pretty crazy weekend. Flashbacks to traveling all the time with a movie. Dude. Yeah, it just gave me a real. It's funny. I feel like in some instances in life you'll do something you'd be like man I really

miss this and then in other instances you'd be like I'm so glad I don't do this anymore and this

was the latter this was like I am so glad that I am not traveling all the time like I was able to get all my workouts in albeit like they were delayed they were delayed by a couple days so today will be the final day that I

catch up on all my workouts and everything but even just like not having access to

my normal equipment not having access to a normal schedule, and most importantly, my daughter, dude, like, I was gone from Friday night, from Friday until Sunday night, so I didn't see her just I didn't two full days Saturday

Sunday by the time I got back she was already in bed but I saw her Friday

morning by the time I saw her again on Monday she had already changed so much

like there's like so much that happens with a one and a half year old

on a date that she was saying words that she hadn't said before.

She was doing things that she wasn't able to do before and I'm like I missed that I missed the first time that she did that like what the fuck so yeah just very glad that I am that I am not traveling like I was with Gary Vy all the time.
