So I saw the email that you initially wrote in sort of explaining how you got into it, but just I want to give you the floor tell me everything tell me the whole story I want to hear everything as though I haven't read any of it before and then whatever questions you have I will do my best to help.

Awesome I'm excited. So I can't say I I purposely started my health journey it kind of just like fell upon me several years ago when I moved to Texas Dallas actually for for my ex partner long ago and he was very fit and I didn't grow up in a fit household I didn't grow up I pretty much ate the same seven meals like like I really just didn't even think about fitness.

And he and his friends would go trail running.
