I deal with, and I know many of you do too, which is why I started experimenting personally

with CBD oil, probably about six months ago, to help with chronic pain and sleep, and

I think it's really what keeps my circadian rhythms balanced.

If I have a stressful day, or I'm, you know, have a long day, where at the end of the day,
