What's up, fellas? Welcome back to Combos Over Cobra with me, your host, and the Abrahamson.

0:05.5

I am so excited for today's episode because it's with one of my favorite YouTubers that I've

0:09.6

been watching for years. And someone that I really resonate with, honestly, on the internet,

0:14.0

it's really hard to find real transparent people. And I find that Olivia DeAndrea is one of the most

0:20.3

transparent people on the internet, and we've shared a lot of the same struggles, and I just really

0:23.8

admire her. So I know her from her viral series called Glow Up Diaries on YouTube. It basically

0:29.9

documents her struggle of mentally and physically glowing up, and it went pretty viral, and one of

0:36.0

the things that the Glow Up Diaries has taught me personally is to never give up. And in this episode,

0:41.4

Olivia and I talk about having that one percent of hope when you feel like giving up, there's just

0:46.6

always that one percent of hope that knows that you'll get through it. And that's what I've just found

0:52.1

really inspirational about the whole Glow Up Diaries series. I also recently just started going

0:56.3

to therapy, which was a big step in my life. I feel like I've been very open on the internet,

1:01.3

the fact that I've struggled after college, whether that be with body image, or just like the transition

1:06.6

out of college athletics. I've also struggled with emotional eating, and Olivia's series kind of

1:11.2

covers all of this, and I think that's why I relate to it a ton. The fact that I just started going

1:15.2

to therapy, I feel like has been me really putting an emphasis on my life to try to better my mental

1:21.2

health and actually put money towards it. And that's just something I've never done, and I tweeted

1:26.2

about this the other day, but I was on my way home from my first therapy appointment, and I literally

1:31.2

started crying because I feel like it's just, I don't know, I've tried to overcome a lot of the

1:35.9

issues that I've had alone, and me just being like, I can get through it by myself, and I think it

1:40.7

was just a big step for me to just kind of surrender and be like, I need help. And going to therapy

1:46.5

is definitely something I can tell already. It will 100% be worth the investment, and even after
