WELCOME TO THIS WEEK'S Truth's Embrace: Finding Peace in Reality's Flow
Welcome to "Truth's Embrace: Finding Peace in Reality's Flow," a journey designed to anchor you in the authentic calm of the present moment. In a world of constant change and swirling perceptions, discovering peace often means aligning with what is, rather than resisting. Each episode will gently guide you to release illusions, embrace reality, and uncover the profound serenity that blossoms when you live in harmony with truth.
This is a replay of a series I released a few years ago! I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed recording it for you. As always, I'll be listening to the series along with you.
This is day 2 of a 7-day meditation series, "Truth's Embrace: Finding Peace in Reality's Flow," episodes 1480-1486.

0:12.0 | I'm Mary Meckley and I am excited to share with you an affirmation to trust yourself today. And this is an affirmation you can do as you |
0:25.6 | settle yourself down to meditate. Well, now let's get started with the affirmation for today |
0:34.1 | that you may want to carry into your day and into your own meditation. |
0:40.0 | And I want to share with you a little inspiration on trusting yourself. |
0:47.1 | As you consider trusting yourself following your intuition, a lot of this has to do with being in touch with your |
0:57.3 | feelings. |
0:59.0 | And when you can regularly tap into how you're feeling, this becomes a barometer as to how you should honor yourself. |
1:18.6 | So when you notice how you're feeling and you begin to respond to yourself, |
1:25.5 | so for example, if you're feeling a little stressed and you think, okay, you know, |
1:30.5 | this situation or this person is creating some feelings of stress for me. And so what I'm going to do is avoid this person or situation if you can, |
1:49.1 | or that's not always possible. So you could do an affirmation such as I'll share with you today, |
1:57.2 | or you could do a breathing technique, or mudra or any number of techniques that will |
2:05.6 | help you to be able to honor the stress you're experiencing not to feel as though you have to |
2:15.7 | cover it up or just deal with it. |
2:19.2 | But really put yourself in a situation where you think, oh, that's okay, |

2:27.6 | Or today I'm going to work out. |
2:32.5 | I'm going to exercise and I'll be feeling great and strong. So if I'm going |
