I literally went MIA the last two weeks. I was off traveling a very last minute like impulsive trip to Japan with my siblings.

It was really fun and then I went to mammoth. So I literally just went MIA on like YouTube and this podcast,

which I very much apologize for. But we're back. We're back in action today's episode.

It was so much fun with Ali Feller. She's the host of Ali on the run podcast, which I'm sure a lot of you guys already listened to on the regular because it's a great running podcast.

Today's episode was so fun. We talked about like the business behind the podcasting scene, how she got into it, how she got into running, some running hot takes.

So I'm sure you already familiar with her, but Ali welcome the show. Do you want to just like give us a little bit of rundown of who you are, what you're about.

I absolutely do. Thank you for having me very excited to be here and get to chat with a fellow badass podcaster, though that just sounds like I called myself badass. It's calling you badass.

Okay, but you also are badass. So thank you so much.

I am Ali feller. I'm the host of the alley on the run show podcast. I am a race announcer. I announce it. Start and finish lines of races, including the Boston marathon, New York City marathon. All kinds of good stuff.

I have a newsletter. I just talk about running all the time. Like I somehow have made a career out of talking about running. I am a mom. I am a wife. I am a dog mom. And I live in New Hampshire with my family.

Nice. That's like a good breakdown. You are like very multifaceted.

And I don't know how you handle it all because I feel like that's just a lot on your plate. So I give a lot of credit to you. You know, I can barely handle myself and I literally am responsible for me. I don't even have a dog. So.
