I remember when I used to think I was a nobody, and now I'm living in my purpose liberated

and rooted in self-love, so what changed?

I changed, and it all started with the choice not to allow settling, self-loathing, daddy

and mommy issues trauma, past and current, low vibrational behaviors and relationships,

mental health challenges and pain to be the place where I rested, because for so long

that is where I rested.

For years, I made a home out of my hurt.

For years, I struggled to find my way, my footing, myself.

One thing that was consistent in my life, though, was me.

My aha moment was waking up to self-value and self-worth, because I hadn't been doing

that.

The girl was not doing that.

I was sleep.

So if you've read after the rain, you know quite a bit about my story and how I got to

where I am in my healing.

It's been a sacred choice to heal.

If you've been in community with me for a while, you're familiar with that statement,

For anyone struggling right now, no matter your life walk, I hope you trust that joy
