Now, the body positivity and body confidence conversation is one that we haven't really had before in this

podcast and partly because it is something that I think needs to be

approached with sensitivity and authority and not taken lightly and for that reason Alex is the perfect person to speak to.

She is incredibly honest, has really been through it in terms of issues with anorexia,

binge eating and the anxiety and depression that can go hand in hand with that.

And she realized the power of sharing her own story with others.
