| 0:54.1 | whether that's a commitment to fitness, to reading more, to being more assertive, |
| 0:57.6 | or to making the steps towards or putting things in place to lead to even bigger changes. |

| 1:08.0 | I'm not talking about making any grand changes, you know I'm not a big fan of that necessarily in context people in context but it's a good time to ask am I on track I think I definitely am at the moment |

| 1:48.0 | So take a little another look at it now and you could gain momentum rather than lose it. Also it might be that you feel very |

| 1:59.8 | set some new goals, make some new changes. |
