Just in case anyone isn't aware of all the amazing things you do. Who is Alex Crockford?

How did you start getting into exercise in the first place?

Yeah, well, fitness and sports has always been a big part of my life. I grew up playing all sports,

but mostly basketball and football. And that passion just continued all way through into

university. He went to Southampton Solent University, studied fitness and personal training.

And then straight after that, it was 2011, I went straight into personal training.

And I was a personal trainer for six, seven years full time.

I knew that personal training was great for me, but I had this goal and passion to reach millions of people

or more and more people at once. That really drove me to reduce my PT hours, build up the
