Active listing inventory in the US continues to rise. Nationwide, the number of listings increased by 33.5% over last year. Many markets had far higher increases year over year, such as Phoenix; Raleigh, North Carolina; and Nashville, Tennessee, leading with gains of 173.9%, 167.4%, and 145%, respectively.
